Gordano Training, has provided a wide variety of successful training programmes for young people for over 18 years. Gordano has a successful open access policy, a statement endorsed by the government’s Training Standards Inspection Team. Young people are encouraged to identify their strenghs and weaknesses and a plan is agreed to enable them to move forward, Central to this is a policy of enrichment and development where our trainees are provided with opportunities and support to try new experiences.
