Bristol Community Safety Partnership works with the public, private and voluntary sectors, together with local communities, to make Bristol one of the safest cities in the United Kingdom where individuals, communities and businesses can flourish. The Partnership represents the commitment of the four principal statutory agencies - Bristol City Council, Avon & Somerset Police, Avon Probation Service and Avon Health Authority . All of these have committed resources in order to reduce crime and disorder in the City. This includes the secondment of professional staff to a dedicated team, which co-ordinates the implementation of the City's Crime & Disorder Strategy together with a wide range of supporting activities and initiatives.
